We love old schtuff, but old schtuff being old....it's usually not perfect.
For that reason, we examine it, we scour it for flaws, and we mention the flaws. If it's not good enough for our customers in our opinion, we won't sell it.
If you have questions about an item, ask away. We'll let you know whatever it is you're concerned with, BEFORE you buy it.
It's a wonderful old thing, we promise. We will describe it adequately because we're fussy that way! We'll also SHOW you in the photographs, so we encourage you to use the ZOOM tool.
You are well informed of the facts about it prior to your purchase. If what we've promised ends up being inaccurate, we'll make it right with you.
All packages are insured, so if it's damaged, send us photos. We'll file an insurance claim and get you back your purchase price.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We sell select vintage items. They are not new and may not look new, although that is always our goal! They are, in many cases, older than we are, and have seen much life and times. We do not repair or replace parts on any of the items we sell. (The most we’ll do is soapy water.) They came to us in the condition they are now and are sold as is.
If you’re in a hurry for your item, tell us.
When we say an item is in “excellent vintage condition”, we mean just that – it is in excellent condition for its age. We are very particular about what we buy and sell, and describe things to the best of our ability, in a fair and accurate way. Please - closely review the photos using the zoom tool and pay attention to the descriptions of the items you wish to purchase. Our photos are most certainly thorough, and we consider them an important part of the item’s description. We will not return money for something that has been well photographed, and well described. If the description is inaccurate, that’s another situation. Bring it to our attention within a week of its arrival. We’ll fix it. In light of that, if you have questions about anything at all, we will gladly answer them prior to your purchase.
Our packing materials may be unsightly, albeit brilliantly effective. We try to reuse as much material as possible from our business. We wish you would use it again, too.

Pressed, molded or blown glass may all have imperfections from the manufacturing process. These imperfections are inherited from production and are not considered damage. Minor imperfections often occur, such as: small defects in hand painting, color variations, creases or lines from molds, tiny air bubbles or small debris encased in glass is considered natural and is not going to be scrutinized by us or considered damage. However, we will make note if I notice any larger imperfection that appears to be beyond the acceptable norm as a defect.
