Two Vintage Round Amber Glass Amber Avocado Smoke Ashtrays - 2 pieces for One Price
The green ashtray in the photos was damaged! Only selling the yellow and smoke colored.
The larger is flower shaped and measures 7 3/8" in diameter. It has no flaws at all..
The smaller is 4.5" in diameter and is a smokey gray color. There is some minor roughness around the outer edge. Nothing sharp.
Two very nice pieces of vintage glass. Party ready.

Let's talk about ashtrays. They never got any respect. They were the last things to get thrown into the dishwater at the bar (and probably chucked in from five feet away), dropped and beaten, thousands of cigars and cigarettes violently snubbed out in their faces over the years...It was a hard life for the best of them. Now they are either becoming a thing of the past or they are finding newer uses (check appropriate state laws.) They're survivors. There may be a couple of rough spots, but nothing that will hurt you to handle, or wash. They are useful conversation starters, and can be core decor. We assure you that if we're offering them to you, they are (of course) fabulous enough for us to even consider selling them.

We do not repair or replace parts on any of the items we sell. They came to us in the condition they are now, and are sold as is. When we say an item is in “excellent vintage condition”, we mean just that – it is in excellent condition for its age. For our jewelry, we examine it with both a scanner and a dental lamp.
We are very particular about what we buy and sell, and describe things to the best of our ability, in a fair and accurate way. Please - closely review the photos and descriptions of the items you wish to purchase, and if you have questions about them, we will gladly answer them prior to your bidding/buying.

Our packing materials may be unsightly, albeit brilliantly effective. We try to reuse as much material as possible from our business.

These minor imperfections often occur, such as: small defects in hand painting, color variations, creases or lines from molds, tiny air bubbles or small debris encased in glass is considered natural and is not going to be scrutinized or considered damage. However, I will make note if I notice any larger imperfections that appear to be beyond the acceptable norm as a defect.
